Trying to play episode 5 but it says I haven't bought it?

Can't unlock episode 5. I bought the whole season but it seems Telltale have messed up their accounts. :(

  • I realize this is kind of late, but I had the same problem with episode 5 and with Sam and Max S1E6. Contact support@telltalegames.com to get it sorted out. I found their response to be pretty quick (within a day or two).

  • I just found out my copy of Sam and Max S1E6 is also locked. I wonder what other games haven't been unlocked?
