If i bought telltale's walking dead season 1 on cd, and i bought season 2 on steam? will my file save to season 2 please help!

The Telltale store version and Steam version of our games use the same save directory. As long as your saves have not been moved or deleted, you should be able to access them from both versions of the game. In regards to importing your choices, Season 2 will look at the one directory where your saves are created in Season 1, so the same applies, as long as you have not moved or deleted your existing save games.
