Episode 2-5 400 Days Bundle "Coming Soon" issue

I finished the first episode of the game on my iPhone 5s (ios 7.0.3) and bought the $19.99 bundle pack for episodes 2-5 and 400 days. Whenever I try to install it it still says coming soon and takes me back to the buy page even though I bought it! It does not tell me my internet Isn't connected like other people have had happen but it just keeps saying coming soon. When it does take me back to the episodes to buy it doesn't even give me the buy option anymore just "coming soon"
Any suggestions or do I need to contact iTunes and get my money back?

    Please shut down the game application and then turn off your device. Wait a few minutes for the cache to clear and then restart the device. Make sure you are logged into the account you used to purchase the game, and then re-launch the game. When you do this, you will see a black screen for a few moments. This is normal as an update will need to download. Afterward you should be able to download other episodes from the in-game episodes menu. If you still see episodes as Coming Soon, then your device is not establishing a connection with our server or depending on your region, not connecting to the correct server. Please try resetting your network connections and/or trying a different wifi network.

    Done all this and everything suggested elsewhere. Does not work. No trouble with any other games previously, including very large ones. We need a real solution.

    The same happened to me. This game is my first ever app store purchase. After i purchased the multipack nothing happend so i figured i guess i have to install each episode. so i did and paid for everything individually as well as the multi pack and i still dont have the option to download 400 days.

    I contacted apple support and without my input they refunded the multi pack. so now im sitting here without 400 days and all these pending charger. I want a refund on all of this, i want telltale to fix this bug AND I WANT TO BUY THE MULTIPACK ASAP. I just finished episode 1 last night. HELP! ME TELLTALE.

    I have the same problem, purchased the 19,99 bundle but it just keep saying "coming soon", no download option appears. I tried all the above mentioned solutions but nothing works. No trouble connecting and no trouble playing the first episode.. It's like the game thinks the other episodes has not been published yet

    You should ask Apple for a refund while they work on a fix. If you wait too long, Apple won't give you a refund, which is what happened to me, now I spend $19.99 for just episode 1.

    We have resolved the issue that was causing the episodes to display as 'Coming Soon'. Please try restarting the game.
