This is just great..Now no saved games..

So after two days of having download problems with this game with MUCH pain I fixed that..Now to have played and LOST all my progress 4 complete episodes.. WTF Telltale ?? I have been in many beta testing for video games and NEVER have seen such a mess in a released game, now what do I do??
