Their isnt such an option in TWAU. Only in TWD so far. Maybe they will add this within the next episodes or as a patch.
Exactly as WalkerHH93 said, I'm afraid. There currently isn't any way to turn those announcements off. Hopefully Telltale is listening to feedback, but unfortunately nothing else is known at this point.
