Will not load saved game
Having problems with my game.
Menu screen loads fine. Click the play button and it just sticks on the loading screen on a continuous loop for all eternity. I left it there to see if it was just slow, came back two hours later. Nope. Still loading. I try to click on the 'Save Game Files' and it won't even load them, it's just the continuous loading again.
Uninstalled and re-installed a few times, problem still ongoing. Uninstalled and reinstalled steam and problem still happens. Any ideas on what might be my problem? I have all english characters in my save name, no problems with any other steam game, just this one. I really kinda want to finish this episode.

Please try deleting your save game directory and then launch the game again. If this does not work, then please send an email to our support team at support@telltalegames.com and include your dxdiag information as well as the filepath for your save and install directories.
