Steam key for TWD Season 2

I bought The Walking Dead Season 2 on GMG yesterday, but instead of receiving a Steam key like I usually do when purchasing games on that website, the confirmation e-mail said that I would instead get a Product Redeem Code for telltalegames.com.

Will I get a Steam key when redeeming the Code on this website, or will I have to actually buy the game on Steam instead?

    The key you'll receive from GMG can be redeemed here, but you will not get a Steam code.
