How Do I get a REFUND

I bought the 2-5+400 days bundle for $19.99 ios version of walking dead after playing the first episode a little over a week ago. Once i purchased and pushed restore the game closed out to the main screen. I then deleted the game and redownloaded the app. Now when i go into the game, the screen goes black, "loading" blinks once, the screen goes black again and then the app closes out and bounces back to my homescreen.

I have tried re-downloading the app everyday since i purchased it and now i'm tired of trying and would like my money back because $20 is too much to just throw away.
