Hi,

Is this offer still active? I just recently bought the game for my 4GB xbox 360 and it's very slow, to the point that I cannot kill zombies due to the lag. I have emailed the claim redemption form with all required documents, but have not heard a response yet.

Please let me know.

    This offer is still in effect, but as specified on the claim form it can take up to 4 weeks to process your claim.

    If I buy the next game coming out on a disk version, will this issue be fixed? Or can I buy it off the market place?

    The Walking Dead Season 2 will be releasing on the Marketplace as a Digital Download only, we have not yet announced a disc version. I apologize for the inconvenience.
