RESTORING FOR iPHONE PROBLEMS!

I purchased the walking dead multipack for 19.99 for my Iphone. Before I downloaded the content, I had reset my Iphone and reinstalled everything again, including The walking dead game. Now, when I try to restore the episodes I purchased, it asks me for my ID and then it asks me to purchase the contents again. I havent said yes because I fear it would charge for the package I'd already purchased.

I'd like to have a solution to this problem ASAp.

    Since you bought the multi-pack with 400 Days, you can re-purchase this item again without being charged. Just ensure you are logged into the same account that made the initial purchase, and do not try to buy individual episodes as that will result in a new charge to your account.

  • I too have lost some of the information on my phone and have had to reinstall the game. I purchased the multi-game pack through through itunes which did not come with the 400 days...how am I able to reinstall the additional episodes without having to pay again?

    To restore episodes purchased with the original multi-pack, you can select the 'Restore' option from the in-game Episodes menu.

    If this restore option does not work for you, please see this thread for a workaround.
