Another problem: choices NOT carrying over (episode 2 > 3)

Hello, I've recently been enjoying The Walking Dead game and I just finished the second episode. However, there's a major problem. I completed episode 2 and bought the 3rd episode.
when I launch the game, it is not possible to continue from my choices, but the game generates random choices! I tried in every way: play the last part of the second episode and launch the third, reboot ipad, close all apps, restart your application! None of these worked fine!
I am very disappointed because every time there is a problem and you're ruining my gaming experience. I believe that if you do not solve it, i will not buy the other episodes. so please, help me.
my system: ipad air ios 7.0.4

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try completely closing the app and then restarting it. Go to the episodes menu, select the delete button and delete Episode 3. After the episode is deleted, reinstall it. If the issue is still occurring, please try rewinding Episode 2 to the last checkpoint and completing the episode again. After the credits complete and you are taken back to the main menu, try starting episode 3 from the Episodes Menu. If these do not resolve the issue, another option would be to delete the app completely from your device, reinstall the application, then download the other episodes, and play through the game from Episode 1 again.

    Please make sure the app is up to date with the latest update. If it is updated, please try turning off your device for 3-4 minutes. This allows the system memory to clear. After turning the device back on and re-launching the app, please try again.

  • I bought your game before few days on for my iPhone 5s.I finished 1 and after that I bought all pack included 400 days and with episode 3 the game asked me " Generate story decision for skipped episodes? ". I rewind last chapter from episode 2 and saw all credits with same result.Today a i tried turn off my iPhone pot 3-4 minutes and same result.I don't know what's wrong. Another advise please….

    Did you delete the entire application and reinstall it? If you didn't I would do that first. If you did, you can try starting Episode 3 again. We have had a few occasions where people were getting the 'Generate story decision for skipped episodes?' alert, but when they clicked Yes, the game would continue with their choices.

    Did you delete the entire application and reinstall it? If you didn't I would do that first. If you did, you can try starting Episode 3 again.
