Episode 2 doesn't load and setup problems

I bought the game yesterday (08 dec 2013), new and original.
I played the episode 1 but the following doesn't work. A black screen appears and I have to press CTRL+ALT+CANC to esc.
I also experienced troubles with the setup.

    Episodes 2-6 are not fully installed. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
    If you have problems with the setup again, please describe the problem and post any error message you might get.
