Faith may have been a "working girl", but they definitely weren't meeting to have sex. The Woodsman's mattress is rolled up when you enter the apartment. They weren't gonna use that bed.
Which begs a question: Why was it rolled up? That's not normal.

Faith did mention that the woodsman owed her money though.. Maybe not for one of the obvious possible reasons, but I wouldn't count it out.
He started beating her the minute she got there. Maybe they didnt have time to roll the mattress down. I dont know, maybe she has a pay me policy for just showing up whether they have sex or not.
