App refuses to work after an entire week!
I purchased this app exactly one week ago & still stumble upon a horrible crash each time I try to play the game. At first it was something as simple as crashing the second I tried to start episode 1, but now I can't even start the app up for 5 seconds before it shuts me out! I've redowloaded this thing at least twice a day & I'm worried that I will never have a chance to play this at all.

I forgot to mention that I use an iPod 4 that runs on iOS 6.
Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game. If the problem still persists, please note that the application was optimized for iOS 7 and iPhone 5, as this may be the root cause of your issue.
Since I've done the advice you given to me nonstop since I first heard about my app STILL refuses to function! So in the end, I may have unfortunately spent $5 on an app that will possibly never work for me just because I have an "outdated" device that is unable to update to iOS 7?
