Purchase could not be completed?

I'm in India and when I try to buy the multipack, it asks me whether I want to purchase for R.s 1100. I click buy, my card gets charged and the app says "Purchase Could Not Be Completed".

    I'm not able to make in-app purchases. Every time I try, I get a pop up saying 'Confirm Your Purchase. Do you want to buy one Multi-Pack [Episodes 2-5 + 400 Days Bundle] for Rs 1,100?'.
    I click on 'Buy' and I get another pop-up saying 'Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed.' In the game, I get 'Unable to complete purchase : a network error occurred.'

    I have bought tons of apps and even made in-app purchases before but The Walking Dead is giving me lots of trouble. Please sort this out for me.

    It may be a parental restriction on your iOS device that is stopping you from making the purchases. Please navigate to your Settings menu, select the General tab, find 'Restrictions', select that, and then scroll down to allowed content and make sure 'In-app purchases' is turned on. Apple does include various functionality in their devices to prevent people from making accidental purchases or allow them to turn off options their children might abuse. If the issue still persists, it may be something on Apple's end. You can then contact Apple Support for further assistance.
