400 Days - Coming Soon Bug?

So, I decided to go ahead and get 400 Days along with Season 2 today and play it before Season 2's release tomorrow. However, I can't. I have the Steam version of The Walking Dead and when I check the DLC for the game it does say 400 Days, so I made very sure it was there.

All I get is "Coming Soon" for the 400 Days DLC. I searched Google and found some info and even made sure there was no prefs.prop duplicate but nothing works. I am seriously starting to get somewhat upset with this. I know it's just $5 to some, but I still made a legit purchase and I expect to play the game normally.

Please can anyone help me with this?

    Please verify the game cache files.

    If that doesn't work, please rename the SyncFS folder in
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
    or on Mac
    ~/Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/TheWalkingDead/
    to make the game create a new one.

    If it still doesn't work afterwards, please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    It is working now but I'm not sure what I did to fix it. I should of mentioned in my original post that I tried reinstalling the game, restarting steam, restarting my computer, and even validating steam files. None of that worked last night. However, I get home today and try the game again and now I can access 400 days. It is very weird.
