The Walking Dead S2 - Preorder issue

Greetings,
I tried pre-ordering The Walking Dead Season Two yesterday,however after entering my Paypal information,I received the following message (while I don't remember the exact message,this is more-or-less what it said):"There has been as issue with your transaction and it could not be completed.Please contact Telltale support or Paypal customer service.Error 401."
And here I am,contacting support.The "payment" has appeared on my Paypal,however,under "denied".So what should I do?Make another payment,or is there another problem?

Hoping for a quick answer.

    It's still nighttime (4:47 AM) where Telltale's offices are located, so you might have to wait a little longer. If the payment was denied (and therefore no money was taken from your account), you can always try again (or contact PayPal customer service, which might be able to assist you a bit quicker).
