Crash after Title

After Omid says "What do you think?" I keep crashing. Is this supposed to be a mean joke of some sort, like if I appreciate crashing?

Nonetheless I have tried changing saves and such but still crash. Thanks in advance for the help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience, can you please clarify if you are playing on PC or Mac, and if you're playing on Steam or through Telltales download?

    Of course, sorry.

    I managed to get the game working by turning the graphics back to max, but I had major lag issues (I have bad hardware). I suspect it could be something related to the graphics options. I am on a PC playing on Steam.

    I had the same problem when I turned the graphics to low. I haven't tried at a higher quality but I will do. Although I downloaded the TWD support tool and ran it. This is the download link http://www.sendspace.com/file/fqmvy3

    Changing the graphics back up did the job for me. Also really enjoyed the first episode :D
