Black/shadowy Characters problem

Hi guys, unfortunately im having issues with the new chapter of season 2 : All of the characters are just black figures,everything else is fine though but playing the game like this isn't that good.. I've tried tweaking various settings, but none of them seems to resolve this issue. Pls help i ve been waiting this game so much :(

    Can you tell us a little bit about your system specs? What version of Windows you're running, what graphics card you have, etc.

    Im currently on a Pc with Win7 x64 , Graphic card nvidia 7900Gt/Gto , Intelcore 2 Cpu 6400 2.13ghz , 6 gb Ram
    I've had issues with the previous season of the walking dead, but it affected only the mouse cursors and items in backpack so it was pretty manageable this one though... No issues for The wolf among us anyways.

    Yeah it represented after a while for me it seems it's related with the time of the day, probably shadows issues

    That's a very old graphics card, which could be the cause.

    Please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    Not sure if it works, but a user posted a possible workaround.

    The best solution is getting a new graphics card though.

    unfortunately that program doesn't seem to work with steam games :(

    i tried the 3d analyzer on season 1 and it worked for the black boxes but the force high precision pixel shader option didnt work here.Tough i think this tool could be useful.I havnt tried all options or combination yet but you caould try it out too and see if works.

    Any way if its a shadow issue then i havent found an option on the 3d analyzer but if you know how disable shadows let me know.
