No e-mail to upload my pre-oreder received

I have NOT received an e-mail to upload season 2 of TTW. I'm beyond disappointed! Please, help.

    I was able to rectify the problem via your website. Please, take this as a great compliment. I love gaming, but by far I love your games the most (I'm hooked on A Wolf Among Us, also.). I would play the newest episode and then be jonesin' for next one, so this past year has been long...

    After not receiving an upload e-mail, I looked everywhere for an answer - but your website. In my defense, I bought Season 1, 400 Days, and A Wolf Among Us on Steam, so I kinda forgot that I pre-ordered Season 2 here instead. I can tell you that 5 minutes from now that, that "beyond disappointment" I felt will be replaced with complete "beyond happiness". So with all that said and the problem solved, I just wanna thank you and your team for bringing us such an awesome gaming experience!!!
