Season 2 Setup not doing anything

I've downloaded the Season 2 setup from TTG website, but when I activate it, nothing happens or I get an error asking if I would like to send windows an error ticket thingy.

Cant see anyone else with this problem and people are posting spoilers like crazy so I cant google, especially the clowns who type things like
TITLE: "OMG I cant Believe X just died! (SPOILERS about somone dying)" /facepalm
