Help! I've been charged for the same thing twice

I'm not sure how it happened but I bought Sam and Max Season 1 and 2 using Paypal and I got charged 64.90 twice. I really liked playing the game but not so much that I want to pay 129.80 for them.

I would like to get a refund for the second payment of 64.90.

    This is how my bank statement looks. I have never bought anything with Paypal before or since my order.

    I also checked my Paypal account history and they definitely charged me twice.

    I am only finding one order for you, for $64.90. Based on what you posted above, I think what you're seeing is that PayPal deducted $64.90 from your debit card (bringing your PayPal balance from $0 to $64.90), and then PayPal paid us $64.90 (bringing your PayPal balance from $64.90 back to $0). This is how instant transfers appear in PayPal - it might look like there were two charges, but it's actually two parts of the same transaction.

    To find out for sure, you should contact your bank and ask if PayPal made one withdrawal for $64.90 or two. If they say there were two withdrawals, please ask for the transaction IDs of both and send those to us at support@telltalegames.com so we can look into it.

    According to the bank, one of the transfers was done with my ATM and the other was done with my account number and routing number. Both came out on the 20th.
