TWD S2 Mac: Game crashes immediately when launched

I bought the Mac OS version, and it keeps crashing before I can even reach the title screen, saying that the application quit unexpectedly. This is the first Telltale game I've had this problem with, so I was wondering if there was a precedent for this?
