Pre ordered season 2 but doesnt show.

I pre ordered season 2 but it doesnt show it in my purchase history anymore. Cant download. What do I do?

    Did you preorder through us? If you did you can find the download link in your My Games page. In order to get there, please click the downward-facing arrow at the top right of the webpage and selecting Games. Once on the page, you should see The Walking Dead Season 2. Click on it, and you will see the download link where you can download it and install the game.

    Yes, I did pre order from you guys. I even paid for the 400 days and that is showing up in the game but is not showing up on my purchases.

    I've looked up your order ID, and it appears the Order ID Number is for a pre order of Season 1, not Season 2.

    This is the order number I have for season 1. 600151894216892. If that was the order number for season 1, how do I have the ability to play 400 days when in the game?
