Can't find The Walking Dead S2E1 on XBLA

I've searched XBLA several times today, but I cannot find TWD S2E1 "All that Remains".
I'm living in Europe, and I have heard from people in the UK who say that they were able to download it since this morning. Is it not yet out in all EU countries? I'm new to this website, so I apologise if I'm breaking any rules posting this, I couldn't find a section on the rules.

    Can you please clarify what country you are in? The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1 is available in most European countries at this time.

    I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I'm living in Ireland, and I just checked XBLA a few seconds ago... Still no sign of it.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. At this time The Walking Dead Season 2 is not available in Ireland.

    I wonder if there is a page with the release dates for each country? Hopefully it will be released world wide before Christmas.
