TWD Season 2 Russia Release Date in PS3

Hi,
At the moment the game TWD Season 2 is not available in Russia on the PS3. Is this a delay or is it not being released at all?

    Erm, WHAT? Any reason? I COULD by it on Steam, but my savefile is on PS3 and I kind of don't want to buy and go through the game again on PC.

    And here I go searching the PSN all with every available method...
