Season 1 - can't restore all purchased content
I changed from iPad mini to iPad mini retina recently. The issue is I cannot restore all the purchased content. I purchased the episode 2-5 multi-pack and 400 days bundle separately. Now I can only restore the 400 days but not episode 2-5. What should I do?

You'll want to follow the instructions for users who have purchased the original multi-pack (Episode 2-5 only) found here - iOS Sticky.
follow the instructions but still prompt me to paid the content, instead of "already own the content". any oner suggestion to me? Thanks
I'm having the same problem. The game crashed about a week ago and erased all my purcheses.
I did the above and it still wants me to repurchase everything instead of saying that you have already bought this
The original OP has the specific issue of needing to restore the 2-5 multi-pack that was offered before the multi-pack now advertised in the game which includes 400 Days. If Restore is not working, the iOS Sticky link above has a method for going through the purchase path again to reconfirm your purchases. In that process, there is an initial confirm purchase prompt, and then it asks for your password and then it will either ask fo you to confirm purchase or it will say that you own the content and the game will update. If you are seeing that you do not own the game after entering your password, then Apple does not think you own the game on the account you are using.
You will need to follow the purchase path to complete your purchase again. If you are logged into an account that already owns the game and you confirm your purchase, you will see a confirmation message stating you already own the game. If you are not logged into an account that owns the game or purchasing a product your account does not own, you will be charged again.
Please follow the steps outline in this Workaround thread to re-acquire your purchases.
still the same. tried many times but never see this "You will see a message pop-up stating that you already own the content, and it will ask if you’d like to download it again". I am sure I am using the same apple id to purchase the content before. any successful case?
I only have one account , so , it's 100% for sure the correct account. It's just not working like you say.
Followed the directions 5 times and it still wants me to pay
I followed all the way through and it still charged me. I have 2 different receipts on the same account, for the exact same purchase, to prove it.
This workaround should work as long as you are logged into the same account that you originally purchased the game on. If you were logged on to the same account, and were still charged a second time, please contact Apple Support for further assistance regarding the second charge. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Same problem here, Mike. I only have one account and I'm trying to re-download on the same device. S1 Ep1 downloads fine, but when I click to repurchase the multipack (2-5 + 400 Days) I get a message asking me to confirm that I want to pay $19.99. I've tried several times, and I assure you I'm following your directions. The fix you propose is simply not working. Any suggestions? I'm willing to play S1 again for my choices to carry over to S2, but I'm not willing to drop another $19.99 to do so.
As long as you are logged into the same account that you originally purchased the game on, you should be able to hit 'buy' and it will alert you that you already own the game, and to re-download it for free. You can read more about it in This Workaround Thread
Can you please help me? I recently got a new phone and the other one had water damage so everything on it was lost including my season 1 data. I now have a new phone and I played All That Remains on it. Is there any way I could get all of my data back on my new phone?
Unfortunately your Season One save data is stored in the base application of Season One. If you are unable to access that save data, your data is unfortunately lost. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. You do, however, still have access to Season One from your new phone if you wish to re-download it, and replay the episodes, you will be able to transfer that data over successfully. Again, apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.
If you are still experiencing this issue, please navigate to your Settings menu, select the General tab, find 'Restrictions', select that, and then scroll down to allowed content and make sure 'In-app purchases' is turned on.
