Surfin' the Highway hard cover shipping status.

I ordered a limited edition Surfin' the Highway on Jun 27th and have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail for shipping. I received an email claiming "One or more of the items you bought is not available right now." and I was just checking to see if this is correct. My order only contained the book, and nothing else.

    There are more hardcovers on the way to the warehouse right now. Your order should ship this week.
