Refreshing Episode Status................

I purchased the game on disc for PS3.
I have been playing fine, No Trophy or in game glitches and have reached Episode 3 Chapter 6.
Went to play Chapter 7 tonight and as soon as i have pressed start at the menu all i get is
Refreshing Episode Status - the game don't load???

I have not downloaded 400 Days or Season 2, have installed the latest updates i was asked to. Deleted Game data and re installed & Nothing

Please help
