TWD S1 wont start.

When I start the game in steam it opens up, the screen is black, and immediately closes and gives me a windows error message.

    I can't download the file. It says
    "The download link has been updated (error: #12).
    You may now download the file."
    and still doesn't work afterwards. Please upload it again.
