problem with the walking dead season 2
Hey! i am a GIGANTIC Telltale the walking dead fan. and yesterday i bought TWD Season 2 for my PC however i have a problem none has yet to be able to help me with. i downloaded the game and all and whenever i click to get into the game it goes first to a all blank white screen then to a all black screen and then a message pops up saying "Telltale games has encountered a problem and needs to close" no matter what i do this just keeps popping up. what do i do? I've been having problems with the game since yesterday and today and i have yet to even play the game itself and the support team has yet to get back to me as well. does anyone have a solution or a way to help me fix this because i REALLY want to start playing this game ASAP.
