Missing Episodes?

So I bought The Wolf Among Us Season Pass on the AUSTRALIAN Playstation Store. I then went to download episode 1 on the store and it was missing. I went on the American Playstation store and the season pass and episode were both there. To make things even more frustrating, today season 2 of The Walking Dead came out and the episode and season pass were available for purchase. It's like Telltale are not releasing The Wolf Among Us episodes to Australia on purpose. If someone can please tell me how to get a refund on this they will be appreciated.

    only thing to do is contact sony and make sure you have your purchase receipt with you. They will need to know the day and purchase receipt so they can try to refund u
