Could I please get my ticket responded to again?
Hi I had sent a support email on the 15th of December and got a response to it then never got a response back to the same ticket and I even made a new one and no response. I would appreciate it if my ticket(s) could be looked at, #12859 is the old one that Evan (TTG Employee) responded to and I received a new number later as well which is #13604. Please and thank you.
