Walking Dead S1 Ep2

Decided to go through another playthrough, finished episode one, and then when trying to move on to episode two, I just get a black screen. Bought the games off steam. Before buying Season 2, was able to playthrough S1 multiple times.

    The support tool didn't work properly. There was a bug in an earlier version. Please download and run it it again.

    Please delete the "walkingdead102" folder from
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\syncfs\data\

    The folder is still (or again) there.

    Please disable steam cloud for TWD (In Steam, right click TWD and select "properties". Open the tab "updates" and remove the checkbox from "Enable Steam cloud synchronization for TWD).

    Then delete the entire "syncfs" folder from
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\

    Please also verify the game cache files.
