Stuck on title screen? (MAC)

Hi I'm on a macbook pro and I downloaded Season 1 a few months ago. I finished it and left it on my computer. Since season 2 came out I wanted to replay season 1 so I started up the launcher and it said 'click to continue' so I clicked the screen and it said connecting then the connecting box went away and the game wouldn't load any further. It's stuck on the title screen and I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling it and it's still not working. The sounds are still working on the title page but the screen won't go past the title screen. I have no idea what to do and it's really annoying. Please help?

    If you have not run it in a while, the game silently downloads about updates at the beginning, which can take a few minutes.

    If it doesn't resolve that way, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.
