I Need Support to Play Season 2 in Low Resolution

Some people are aware of the problem of that game crash: after the recap of the First Season (showing where my decisions led in terms of Lee's acts), it starts showing Clementine in the woods. After a zoom in take from above, Omid's voice shows up saying "Whay do you think?", and, right away, the game crashes with a box saying "The Walking Dead.exe crashed".

So, there was some info about that problem and how to deal with it, and it was identified as related with the resolution settings. Basically, you just need to put it on high and play it. But I can't do that because I don't have a better computer in hands to just put on high resolution. As I played a bunch of other games from Telltale and I haven't had that kind of problem before (and I finished most of the games), I need to ask if some fixing is been provided. I want to play it and I can't buy another computer in the moment, just for it. Just saying: I already paid for it and I expect to have it, as it's my right to enjoy this wonderfull peace of interactive art, unfortunately, at the minimum requirements - as usual.
