Manually adding episodes 2-5 to iPad?

I bought the multi-pack back in January and tried downloading it, but my internet at home isn't fast enough to download through the app itself; It keeps disconnecting. So I did a google search, and somewhere I found a way to download the episodes manually to your computer and add them to the ipad. Fast forward to today, and by this time I've deleted it to make space. Now, season 2 is out and I want to import my choices. The problem is, I can't remember how to manually add the episodes! Anybody here know how to do that? Any suggestions would be welcome. :)

    When you purchase the app, you can download it on the computer, and transfer it to your iPad while connected to the computer. Unfortunately, you can only download episodes 2-5 on the iOS device itself. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    I have the files for 2-5 on my computer now, I just forget how to transfer them. To clarify, they are for the iPad, not PC. You're supposed to be able to click "get" in the game, and it shows up within a minute.
