Queries - Saves and iOS

Hiya Telltale,

First of all, congratulations on the release of the 2nd second of the Walking Dead. You guys deserve all the success!

I would like to ask though, are there any plans in the future for iCloud save files (or save backups)?

For a game heavily reliant on past choices, I ask because there may be times when a new iOS update is out or when I just want to restore my iDevice to speed it up, but I'm too scared too due to the save file. I haven't even deleted my Walking Dead Season 1 app for the fear of possible save corruption in Season 2.

On a related note - once I've imported the Season 1 save file into Season 2, is it safe to delete the app? If I were to reinstall it, will my save files still be there?

Lastly, do you guys have any bits of advice in regards to backing up the save files?

    As far as creating space, I can tell you that your saves are stored on the base app, so you can delete episode 2-5 of Season 1, as your saves are only stored in the base app (Episode 1). I would at least keep that installed. I would transfer your saves over first just as a precaution though, and create your first save on Season 2 before attempting to delete anything.

    Thanks for the reply! I just have another question - if I were to backup my iPhone's data on iTunes, wipe or upgrade it, then restore it, will the save files be there?

    Have you guys considered iCloud saves or a way to backup the saves?
