Direct3D error

so i just downloaded the wolf among us and when i try to open it it says " could not initialize direct3D make sure you have current video drivers and close any other application that might be running..." so i tried to change the colors to 32 bit but that didn't work so please help me

    It should work if you install an AMD or Nvidia graphics card.
