Episodes 2-5 saying 'Coming Soon'

I played through the whole game previously but deleted it to free up space for my iPhone. I just downloaded Season 2 so I decided to replay Season 1.

I already bought all of the episodes (i think individually) but now it won't let me download them individually so when I try the Multi-Pack it says I have to buy the whole thing again. I can't download or do anything with the episodes individually and despite them all having been released a while ago they all say coming soon.

I've tried deleting the app and downloaded it again and it still won't let me do anything. I am connected to the internet as well if you needed to know.

    If you've downloaded the episodes individually, you will need to download the app, and download/install them from the in-app Episodes Menu. If the app prompts you to purchase the episodes again, and you are signed into the same account that you originally purchased them on, you should be able to hit 'Buy', and it will alert you that you have previously purchased this product, and allow you to download/install them for no extra charge.

    Please make sure to update the app to the latest version(v 1.6), as it may not be showing correctly on an older version.

  • Mine has been doing the same thing since i bought the app and DLC. Nothing works. It's v1.6, i deleted it and reinstalled it, I have shut down my iPad for 8 hours, and i have paid and been charged for the DLC twice. We all are so sick of this and would really like it fixed. I know im not the only one who fills like i was ripped off the money i put into this game.
    Please help us out

    What version iOS do you have? iOS6 or 7? What Kind of iPad are you using to play the game, and how old is it? Please also try closing the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes after doing this before attempting to play the game. This allows the device's cache to be cleared.
