The iPhone 4 (not 4S): what are my options?

I played Season 1 and 400 Days on an iPhone 4 (with iOS7). I see Season 2 only lists the 4S and newer as compatible devices.

So... is it "Not compatible", or REALLY not compatible? That is, does it use some feature of the 4S that older iPhones just don't have, or is it more of a performance/ support issue? If I did download it on the understanding that I did so at my own risk, would it unofficially probably work, or do we know for a fact it won't?

Would it make any sense to try running The Wolf Among Us as a test case?

If I really do need to get with the times and play it on a newer system, is there any way to extract the "history" from my existing saves?

The problem is that the game is just too good- I'm not sure I could bear it if Clem didn't remember the history that I do!

    The Walking Dead Season 2 was developed and optimized with the iPhone 4S and higher, in mind. Unfortunately, there is no way to extract the save history from the app. I apologize for the inconvenience.
