Bought the game but no unlockfile
Hey, I redeemed the game from code (that I got from PR), and it says "Trial & Unlock" but when I download it only downloads the Trial and no unlock key like normal. Had no problems with Season 1, 400 Days or with Wolf among Us Episode 1.
So now I got a Trial version that can´t import old save file and when I choose chapters it says Purchase.

When you unlocked the game on the Store page, were there two different options to download? One being the trial and the other being the unlock key. The unlock key should be about 2-3mb in size. If you haven't downloaded it, may I suggest looking either in your Downloads page, or on the game's page for the unlock download.
In my download list there is only one item The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Ep.1, All That Remains Trial & Unlock (737Mb)
And the store lists both
The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Ep.1, All That Remains Trial & Unlock (737Mb) The one marked as purchased
The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Ep.1, All That Remains PSN Game (740Mb)
On the last one there I can Download to PS3, but that downloads the same thing only the Trial (737Mb) no unlock key at all.
When I look at my Purchase history I see this

So looks like the code I got from PR/reviews only game me the Trial for some reason and not the full episode, kind of odd since it was already released when we got the code.

We have run in to the same issue as well. Was planning to do a review for our website but all we got was the trial version not the full unlock. Also with it being the holiday season, there is no email contacts at the moment.
If you emailed our Support Staff, you should be getting an email back within the next day or two. If not I can try to assist you here. Can you please clarify if you've bought the season pass, or Episode 1?
