Resolution Problem/Black Screen

When I started playing season 2, I change the resolution to the highest it can be. But when I got in-game it was a little too big so I paused the game and lowered it and now I only get a black screen. I don't know what to do. I've done everything I can think of.

    You can try switching the game to windowed mode via hotkey
    PC: Alt + Enter
    Mac: Command + F
