Walking Dead Season 1 Downloads but freezes

I was able to download the game fine on my new laptop, but when I go and play it and it says click continue but then it says I need to log in to unlock my game and I log in, then it just freezes. The music still plays and I can still move my cursor, but it won't load and just says the Walking Dead.
Please help I want to finish the game so I can get season 2.

    If you have not run it before, the game silently downloads about 40MB of updates at the beginning, which can take a few minutes.

    If it doesn't resolve that way, please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    Dedicated Memory: 0 MB

    Your integrated graphics chip doesn't meet the minimum requirements.
    Intel graphics chips are not recommended and they don't work well with TTG's games.

    It might not work, but you can try replacing the games prefs.prop in
    %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead
    with the one in this .zip archive.
    It has low graphics settings in windowed mode.

    I bought this game when I had my old PC laptop. Now I have a new PC/Windows laptop.
    Do you think if I bought the game again, whether it's a download or disk that it might work?

    No, that wouldn't change anything. You can run the same game license on multiple computers you own.

    Did you try replacing the prefs.prop as i described?

    If that doesn't fix it please delete the Login data from the registry.

    First, open a command window.
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "cmd" and press enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the Windows key. Type in "cmd" and press enter
    Windows 8: At the start screen, type in "cmd" and press enter

    Then copy the command line below and paste it into the command window, press enter, and confirm the question:
    REG DELETE "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\Launcher"
