Game not moving forward when searching for supplies

Clementine got everything from the cabin: rags, needle, pereoxide. It says on the screen that I should get back to the shed, because I have everything she needs. But then i go back to to hallway on 2nd floor, and i cant walk downstairs. Looks like i am stuck on The 2nd floor. The game wont more forward. I have tried several times, did this is several ways. But nothing happening. Could you please help me?

    I haven't heard of that bug before.
    What platform are you playing on?
    Have you tried copying the save slot and rewinding 1 or 2 chapters?

    I'm on iPad air. I just started all over again. Will try again and let you know if it keeps happening! :)

    Still doesn't work. I am not sure how to copy save slots. Could you help me?

    I am not familiar with the iOS version. It might work as on the PC, that if you try to rewind, it asks for a saveslot to duplicate to. Since starting from the beginning didn't help, I don't expect rewinding to be better though.
    I suggest you wait for Telltale Staff to answer or write to support@telltalegames.com.

    I've deleted the app, downloaded it all over.. Played it from the start (yet again...) Still stuck on the 2nd floor!! No one else but me having this problem?

    If you are stuck on the second floor, and have all of the supplies, please try rewinding to a previous chapter. If you are still running into this issue, have you attempted to play on another supported iOS device, and see if this occurs there?

    I am having the same problem on an ipad 2. I have tried replaying the events leading up to the error and the problem still persists. It is as if there is an invisible wall in front of clem and I can't get past Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    If rewinding did not work, and you are still stuck on the second floor, it might be an issue with the timing. If you are going through the steps of going through each door quickly, please try to slow down and search each room thoroughly, and this may resolve your issue.
