Bought game doesnt work

Bought the multipack+400 for walking dead 1, and when i open the game episode 2 says "get". What to do?

    When purchasing the multipack, you get Episode 1 included in the app. All other Episodes have to be downloaded/installed in the app. You can click on Get and the download will begin. Please make sure you have a strong internet connection when downloading each episode.

    Hi, thanks for explaining this. However, when I press "get," I am redirected to the page where all the episodes are only available for "buy" even though I already bought the bundle of $20. What else is there to do? Or can I get a refund?

    You should be able to hit the 'buy' button, and it will alert you that you have already purchased this item, and to download it for no extra charge. Make sure you are logged onto the same account that you originally purchased the item, or it will charge you a second time.
