Issues with Save Files from Season 1
I've been reading through other posts to try to remedy my problem, but it seems as though there hasn't been a solution addressed yet. When I go to begin Season 2, the game says that it is "unable to locate a save file" from the previous game. I have played through every episode--including 400 Days--in their entirety, and I have checked and double checked my hard drive to make sure the save files are there. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Season 2, but I am still having the same issue. I don't want to start the game with random choices. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

If you are still having problems, can you clarify if your cloud saves are enabled, or are your saves only on your hard drive?
This was the first post I read, and I was still having issues, which is why I made the post. I have the save files from S1 saved to my hard drive.

Please follow the instructions to run the TWD Support Tool and post the download link to the resulting "TWD_support_data_pc.zip" or "TWD_support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.
I installed the "app", however it is scanning my computer, while my game is saved onto my Xbox. How is this going to help?
Sorry, I must have missed that this is in the xbox forum, so my suggestion was useless. Sadly I don't know much about consoles.
