DLC disc version issues!!!!!!

So I've downloaded and re-downlaoded the disc version of 400 days in an attempt to be able to play it on my hard copy disc of TWD. But no matter how hard I try, everytime I enter the game, 400 days just has a 'coming soon' sticker next to it and there is no link to the PSN in order to download it. I've seen that many others have had this problem when it first came out, but I have found no solutions. I've tried Redownloading after deleting game data from game data utility and that hasn't work. Currently trying to download first episode because apparently that works sometimes. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I DONT WANT TO HAVE WASTED 8 BUCKS FOR NOTHING :(

    Can you please clarify if your 400 Days and The Walking Dead both from the same region? They are incompatible if they are from different regions. For example if you have a US disc of The Walking Dead and a European version of 400 Days, they will not work together.
