issue downloading

I purchased season 2 episode one one ps3, and it will not download correctly. i have repeatedly gone back to my previous downloads to try again, and each time it says that its downloaded, but its nowhere to be found. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Please make sure to have a strong internet connection when downloading the game. Also, after you are done downloading the game, have you gone to your Games Menu on the main Playstation menu, and installed the game yet? It should be in your Games Menu (below the controller symbol) with a white bubble around it, and you can click on it to install the game.

    I have also had this problem. I have downloaded and re-downloaded both the season pass and episode 1 over and over again. And despite the PS3 telling me that this version is installed, the game never shows up. I've downloaded many games and have never had this problem. Am I just out of luck?

    Can you please clarify if you are looking at the Playstation Games menu on the XMB, or are you looking inside the Season One game? If you are looking inside of the Season One game, please note that Season Two is a separate game. You can access it by pressing X on the Season Two icon on your Games menu from the XMB.

    I am having this same problem I download it but it says it only downloads 2762KB of it takes like 30seconds as opposed to Minutes and it does not show up in my games at all.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. The file you are downloading which is 2.7mb in size is the Unlock Key. You will also have to download the demo (which should be much bigger). You can then start the demo, and the Unlock Key will unlock it into the Full Game.
