Walking dead not downloading

I recently digitally purchased the walking dead season 2 off of Amazon, but whenever I try to download it, an unknown network error pops up halfway through the download. Here are my specs:

Intel i3 core
CPU @2.60 ghz
4gb ram
windows 8 (64 based)
